Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item)
